What positive emotion do you feel most often?
Love. I most often feel a spaciousness, a deeply open space, a positive energetic flow that emerges from somewhere beyond and within me. I have come to see that Love is an energy, perhaps such a subtle one we cannot yet measure it. Perhaps we never will. It is the vast ocean of relationality that exists in everything and everyone; every atom and every molecule and every cell held together by a connection.
As an energy, Love is more than an emotion; it is a way of being into and through one another.
A person is a person through other persons.

I would venture it is more than just between people although humans would be a good place for it to start! If we are connected to All, in ways beyond our ability to fully grasp or observe, then a way to name that would be Love or Love-Energy. And that connectedness is an investment of Self to Self.
Gazing deeply into what seems most real to me is to see the inherent goodness and relationality in All. This is a description of the way I am coming to experience Reality; it is more than meets the eye in my head and invites the eye of my heart. Only together may I see this Love and know its reality (from the Latin meaning, “relating to things”).
Love, Love-Energy, Connection, Relationality- these are words to hint at the Truth I experience most often.
