We believe
that love cannot be contained,
cannot be buried,
and cannot be undone.
We believe
that resurrection is not only then,
but now—
a new way of seeing,
a new way of being.
We believe
that we do not all arrive at once,
and that the journey is not a race,
for each of us is already held
within the same Field of love.
We believe
that every neighbor—
the familiar and the difficult—
is infinitely precious
and deeply loved.
We believe
that the lines we draw between us
are not the truth of who we are,
and that beneath them
we belong to one another.
We believe
that we are each
the disciple whom Jesus loves,
not because we understand,
but because we are.
We believe
that to live resurrection
is to awaken,
again and again,
to love without condition
and to walk gently
in the wholeness of all things.
