When Silence Is Complicity

January 21, 2026 ~ James ~ 1 Comment

There is a kind of silence that heals. It is the silence we seek when the world has become too loud, too sharp, too demanding. It is the silence of breath and grounding, the quiet that helps us remember who we are beneath the noise of expectation and fear. I speak often about this kind … Continue reading When Silence Is Complicity

The Beautiful Challenge of Living Successfully

February 3, 2024 ~ James ~ 2 Comments

I often ponder the true meaning of success. What do people really mean when they talk about it? Whose interpretation of success are they adopting? Living in the Western world, I've noticed that success is predominantly gauged by wealth and power. It's Easier to Believe the Bad Stuff - Infinitely Precious

In this episode of the Infinitely Precious Podcast, James reflects on the human tendency to seek validation through the perceptions of others while struggling to believe the good about ourselves. Drawing on a line from Pretty Woman—“It’s easier to believe the bad stuff”—he explores why criticism and self-doubt often feel more believable than affirmation, and how much energy we spend trying to manage how others see us. What if, instead of chasing approval, we practiced receiving what is already true? Through the simple spiritual rhythm of recognize, release, return, James invites listeners to notice the harsh inner voice, release the need to prove their worth, and return to the deeper truth that they are already infinitely precious, already loved, and already enough.
