You Matter

You matter. You are precious. And knowing this is important because to know that one’s preciousness means that affirmation from others is no longer perceived as necessary. The other affirms and it is fine. The other does not affirm and that is fine.

Your preciousness is not derived from outside yourself. It is not even derived from your own inner dialogue. You are simply precious, infinitely so.
